Today, i was craving cookies, but did not feel like driving to the store, so i just used what ever ingredients i had and made a cookie cake-ish bar. It was SOO DELICIOUS!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese
3 heaping Tbsp peanut butter
2 pinches salt
1&1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1.3 cup corn meal
1/8 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
cream butter, sugar, creamcheese, peanut butter
add flour
add cornstarch
add salt
add cornmeal
add oil
grease 8X8 square pan
fill batter in pan and bake at 325 for 15 mins
take out cookie, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and bake for 10 min at 350 degrees.
chill before eating!
